Well, it has been over a year since I posted - WHAT?!
I am officially losing a hat in just a couple of weeks. I will no longer be a homeschooler. I cannot believe it. My youngest has decided to go to the local high school. It is something I have been wrapping my brain around since January when he said he would like to give it a go. Of course, I support his desire to try a new adventure, but I will miss being a homeschool mom. Sniff, sniff. So who am I without that very prominent hat???? I am not quite sure. Yes, I am still a mom, but now I am a mom at home without any kidlets.
What should I do? Where should I go? How will I survive? Okay, a little too melodramatic, but still. I guess I'll be trying on some new hats and seeing what fits.

HEY! I have been wondering about you. :) I can only imagine getting to the end of my homeschooling journey, and what I will feel like at that time, too. But you are still precious in His sight, and very much valued by your family and friends--even if only as Mom's Taxi! lol just kidding! Good to see you back.
Glad you checked in! I hope school goes well for your kiddo...enjoy some of that free time!
I'm sending my oldest off to public High school this year - as a Jr. It's our first experience with public school and I'm a bit nervous. I'm still homeschooling #2 and #3 and trying to potty train #4 - prayers appreciated! ;-)
Glad to see you back! I was just thinking about you yesterday!
I hope the high school goes well for him!
thanks for stopping by -
wow
well that sounds like a big change for both of you! I look forward to seeing what new hats step in to take the homeschool spot. :)
