Okay, there are only so many titles I can give the same post, I mean not the same exact post, but you get the idea. Any suggestions for something catchy I can use weekly or just throw in there from time to time to mix it up?
My weigh-in this morning showed a loss of 3.4 pounds bringing my total weight loss to 37.6 pounds. I have been super vigilant with my eating and have really been pushing my exercise.
Here's the menu for this week. It has really cooled down here and we even have rain in the forecast - YAY! We don't get enough rain, so that always makes me happy.
Saturday: London broil, baked potato, and green beans
Sunday: Poached cod, rice, and broccoli
Monday: Beef and barley soup
Tuesday: Bean and cheese burritos (Daughter and I won't be home for dinner and I know this is something hubby and the boys can make themselves)
Wednesday: Roast chicken, carrots, and potatoes
Thursday: Spaghetti with pesto and tomatoes
Friday: Chicken tortilla soup
I have never made homemade pesto before, so this should be interesting for sure. It is a Weight Watcher's recipe, I know, no surprise, so fingers crossed it is as yummy as everything else from that cookbook. What are you making this week?

Great menu and congratulations on your success so far! High five to you from this menopausal gal!
How did you enjoy the leek soup last week? That is one of my favorite winter soups!

Honestly I have no clue what I'll be making this week. I swore last week that I would go back to having a menu. Um, that didn't happen.
Your menu is great!
I'll make a roasted cauliflower today. I love cauliflower:)
Well...I'm making cheesecake. Not good for a diet but oh so yummy.
Congrats on the weight loss!
Every time I read your menu I remember I want to make fish for dinner one night & then I never get around to it. One of these days I will manage it
So, you eat these meals too, right?
Wow congrats on your weight loss! Your menu sounds super yummy! I don't have any plans for dinner this week whatsoever, so I might copy your ideas....

When you're not home, your husband will actually cook??? Awesome!
Congratulations! It's difficult to do...especially this time of year. Whole Foods truffles just did me in this evening. Courtesy of husband, who delivered them right to the computer desk.
Way to go. YOu are doing a great job losing those pounds! Keep it up!
Congrats on the weight loss! I need to start on a plan but am letting the stress of the season keep me eating :-) despite my menu plans.
