In Case You Were Worried...

My Christmas shopping will be completed today! Hubby is stopping on his way home from work to pick up the last thing - a stocking stuffer - Zombie Fluxx. I only have three presents left to wrap. So, I am feeling pretty good about the gift department. Today, I am making more no bake cookies to put into tins to go along with gift card gifts we are giving to certain peeps. The kids will make egg nog ice cream tonight to be turned into shakes for Christmas brunch. Thursday will be hardcore cleaning for hosting said brunch on Christmas morning. It's all coming together, but I cannot believe Christmas is the day after tomorrow!!!!

How are your preparations going? Do you host family at your place or go to relatives?

Very happy you got your shopping all done!! I am waiting for two more things to arrive from the UPS man...last minute additions. Stayed up {almost} all night to organize/wrap, etc. (Today will be a long one).

Parents are here already...mother-in-law arrives today. Think I am mostly 'ready'...

Wow, you're a busy bee! We are celebrating with just us at home. We have our "Christmas" tomorrow with my son, since he's with his dad on Christmas Day. Probably going to go look at Christmas lights tonight.

My shopping is done and we are hosting dinner tomorrow night mainly for our immediate family and then I am really done. Glad we are doing it tomorrow instead of Christmas Day. On Christmas Santa comes in the morning and then we are driving to my sister-in-laws. Then it is over for another year. Funny how excited even the teenagers get.

Yay, go you!!! We are getting all "hunkered down" for a big blizzard here in MN, so no travel for us. It will be nice to just stay home with the kids on Christmas - first time ever that we don't have company or are traveling!

I finally did it this year; I simplified Christmas. We sent family members homemade jellies and handcrafted scarves, and most of the few items we exchange this year will be handcrafted, as well. I love this SO much better; no pressure, no shopping, no drama! Yay!
